Ideal location for us, just outside the centre but the metro station is just round the corner. Plenty of cafés and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Staff were very helpful.

We spent 2 nights at Masa. The room was very clean (just like the picture). AC and bathroom were new. It was comfortable and quiet as the neighborhood slows down after business hours. Not very close to main attractions but still a good deal (we booked the same day and paid $85 a night with taxes included). There is daily parking available in the building for $10 extra per day. Highly recommended - I would stay there again!

El hotel no estuvo mal, pero el servicio no es bueno. Mi reserva no aparecía, el personal del hotel no me dejaba ingresar a pesar de que estaba pagada la reserva. En horas de la mañana durante dos días entro un olor nauseabundo a la habitación. Nunca nos dieron reazones del problema.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with all questions I had. The metro was a couple blocks a away and there were several buses near the hotel as well. If you didn’t want to go to Alfma for dinner, there were several restaurants within a block from the hotel. It was about a 25 minute ride to get to Alfama. Uber was even quicker and very inexpensive. The room was basic but very clean and updated. I took the metro from the airport which was relatively easy. Returning to the airport at the end of my trip I chose the use an Uber. The cost was around $6 euros. Uber is very inexpensive so I preferred using it when I was coming back to the hotel at night. There is a small grocery store right next to the hotel and a larger one that is one block over. The Millennium bank is directly across the street. I rode the Lime scooters all over the city and used my Uber app to pay. Bring hood walking sneakers because those hills can be very steep and you don’t want to loose your footing. There are a lot of hotels closer to the Alfama district but not is in expensive. I would choose to stay here again dispute the distance.

Comfortable hotel, quiet central location. The instant coffee and tea kettle in the room is a good touch. Comfy bed, well designed bathroom, helpful staff. The hotel is a basic place to stay, but it's well thought out and designed and definitely more than sufficient for a comfortable stay in Lisbon.

Better Then Expected - Lisbon - 3 Day Stay
Overall stay was excellent, service and breakfast where good. As mentioned in other reviews, the room is on the smaller side, but it works. The beds are firm, but had no issues sleeping. Rain shower water pressure was great, and there are saunas in the exercise room washrooms. João from the reception desk was a great help and host. One suggestion, adding lighting over the mirror in the washroom would make shaving so much easier.

Overall is okay! But the room is a little small, the bed is also. My room is assigned at top floor. It only have the ventilated windows, very small windows... can't see anything, very disappointed! Totally different to the presented photo.

Great choice for a city trip!
Great location, newly renovated and a great bathroom! Staff was very friendly and gave us some great tips. Breakfast was extensive and the gym had it all. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and our room only had 2 tiny windows. Overall, we would book the hotel again for the low price

The hotel was not open. It was closed for construction. Are money was charged on the card so we are requesting a full refund. No communication about being closed. Had to find another place to stay at last minute. Very inconvenient and costly.

Nous avons pris cet hôtel pour notre dernière nuit avant notre retour en avion. Je ne conseille pas pour un long séjour. On entend tout et à toute heure. Les murs ne sont pas très étanches et les conduits d’eau semblent tous reliés. La chambre est ok. Mais la salle de bain est ordinaire. Le robinet coulait, le plafond était noir et la toilette pour handicapé que nous n’avions pas demander était beaucoup trop haute pour nous. Je ne conseille pas vraiment. Ce n’est qu’une chambre

Fabulosa. El.personal de recepción masculino excepcional muy muy atentos y dispuestos ayudar, es una pena que la chica no. Las camareras no siempre son las misma, la que nos hizo la habitación los primeros dos dias maravillosa, el resto de dias la limpieza bien pero se olvidaba de poner toallas. Repetiria y recomendaria sin ninguna duda.
