The bed clothes had a moldy smell. It was not possible to open the window bathroom and there was no extraction/air renewal in the bathroom. The bath curtain was old and not as clean as expected. When I made the checkout I noticed that they had already proceed to payment using the credit card number used for reservation of the room without previously asking if they could. The breakfast was good - good bread and croissants! Very well located.

Great location, let down by the rooms.
Great location in the centre of Santa Cruz. Unfortunately the Hotel rooms are quite dated and feel like they need to be refreshed. Staff and service was good, it's only the quality of the rooms that let it down. It's pretty cheap, so I would stay again if I needed to be in Central Santa Cruz.

Caro cliente, Desde já as nossas desculpas por não ter tido uma boa estadia. Informamos que este Ano tivemos inúmeros Grupos de Jovens estudantes e fizemos, o qual nos obrigou a fazer uma verificação em todas as Camas e substituimos de imediato por novos colchões aos que detectamos qualquer inconformidade. Lamentavelmente não detectamos o mau estado do colchão do Quarto onde estiveram hospedados e por isso pedimos-lhes as nossas sinceras desculpas. Na esperança de uma próxima oportunidade que acreditamos que será inesquecível, mas pela positiva. Com os nossos melhores cumprimentos. Telmo Simões

Ótima localização.
Tivemos problemas em nossa chegada. Os quartos não estavam prontos. Num deles o cheiro era horrível de fossa. No demais, a equipe foi atenciosa.

um pouco desiludida...
A estadia foi razoável na medida em que fiquei um pouco desiludida com o quarto, pedi um quarto tripo e não cama extra de forma a ter espaço no quarto, o que lamentavelmente não aconteceu. O tempo não estava muito agradável e estarmos no hotel também não nos motivava pois as três camas ocupavam quase todo o espaço e nem varanda tinha (reservei o quarto com direito a varanda e ocupei um quarto sem varanda. De um modo geral o hotel satisfaz mas devia ter mais preocupação com o espaço dos quartos...

Ce que j'ai apprécié le plus, c'est que "ça sentait bon le propre" dans les couloirs. Par contre, je n'ai pas aimé du tout le café du petit déjeuner.

O hotel de facto é muito bom para as estrelas que esta qualificado, quanto a atendimento, limpeza e comida (pequeno-almoço). Só tenho a apontar dois factos para futuras prevenções: uma delas aconteceu a meio da tarde pouco depois de ter chegado ao quarto e estava na cama, quando alguém (possivelmente da gerencia porque o quarto estava trancado) entrou no quarto e voltou a fechar a porta, facto que me deixou um pouco surpresa. Outro facto foi o de que na manhã seguinte, a água no duche estava quase fria, talvez devido ao congestionamento da utilização.

Très cher pour la qualité générale de l'hôtel. Santa Cruz n'est pas une ville très accueillante. Les chambres sont grandes, propres, mais très simples et peu confortables.
