The location was perfect and the locals were so nice and helpful. The apartment itself was ok, it could use some improvements and it would be perfect. It would be nice to have a tv for the kiddos at the end of the day. There were some mold on a few places, some unfinished tiles, and one of the bathroom windows needed more coverage for people outside not to look inside since it was a first floor apartment.

Safe property. Location good. Communication was easy with host and check in simple. There was no mattress for the sofa bed a doona was provided but no pillows for sofa bed. Manual showed a mattress but not provided. Manual provided was for a different apartment.

The sofa bed is new and when you open it and put is up it stays as a double bed. you could have asked us and we would have explained. The pillows and clothes for the sofa bed are inside the wardrobe

Small stuff mar nice property
The location is excellent and the property very nice. But the nickel and diming with basic items very irritating. One day's worth of toitet paper, dishwashing soap, one garbage bag. I booked a week. No laundry soap. I complained and was told that was the policy. Go buy them. I did not travel to Lisbon to shop TP Also No towel racks or hooks in the bathroom. No mirrors in the bedrooms.

All the points you mentioned were informed when you booked. We are self catering apartments. It means that we don't provide the things you mentioned. We offer a welcome kit of those things for the 1st night as a gift.

4th of July Getaway
The location was great but it is very load all night long. The apartment is located on the top floor with no lift. It was difficult carrying all of our luggage up and down the flights of stairs. The air conditioner didn't cool the apartment so we had to open all the windows since it was so hot and stuffy in the apartment. There was a used coffee filter left in the coffee machine. The bathrooms were not very clean. The ceiling in the loft was very low, just a little over 5 feet, it was fine for me since I'm short but my friends were too tall for that room. I was told that the apartment had just been renovated but it was old and needs work. I would not recommend that appartment or stay there again.

Nous sommes restes 6 jours en famille a 4 Les avantages pricges du letro et du centre, appartement tout refait et propre, personnel accueillant Les inconvenients trop d'humidite etcappartement en rez de chausse sous sol donc bruyant et impossible davoir de la lumiere sans kes oassants

Были проблемы с заселением, не могли попасть в апартаменты, не подходил код к электронному замку двери. В апартаментах было прохладно и сыро, не было теплых одеял, принесли в последний день ( в санузлах на стенах плесень и облезшая краска, в общем на троечку. Месторасположение отличное, совсем недалеко от центральной улицы

Apartament - doskonała jakość i lokalizacja
Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony i komfortowy. Jedynie jako uciążliwość traktować można dźwięki z ulicy ale to przecież centrum miasta. Po zamknięciu okien jest cisza a klimatyzacja działa bardzo sprawnie. Generalnie doskonały apartament na pobyt w Lizbonie
