"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's rest. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service at the front desk. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Wojciech, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From the moment I checked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He provided great local recommendations and made sure all my needs were taken care of with genuine care and attention. It’s rare to come across such dedicated hospitality, and Mr. Wojciech truly exemplifies it. Thanks to him and the rest of the team, my stay was smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! "

"The room was very modern with an amazing view of the lake. The Wellness Spa was incredible!!! It was the perfect end to our hiking days. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. The coffee machine made my coffee perfect every morning to begin my day. The hotel was within walking distance to all the hikes we didn’t have to drive anywhere."

"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . All the bugs in the valley end entering through the open window. Breakfast is greasy and don’t expect any one to smile at you. Definitely , not worth the money, few other options in the area probably better. Over priced with less amenity . Not to mention , the spa receptionist did have much of decency . If you don’t speak Slovak , look somewhere else."
