"We had a pretty good stay overall. Our room was clean, matched the description, and was very wheelchair accessible, which was one of the most important things for us. The front desk staff was also very friendly. A few things could use some improvement. The pillows weren’t very supportive and unfortunately left us with sore necks. The toilet paper holder also kept falling, which was a minor but annoying issue. The bed was a little higher than ideal for transferring from a wheelchair, but we were able to manage. The convenience store was definitely on the pricey side. $8 for a large bottle of water felt excessive. We were also hoping to eat at Tugswell Public House one evening, but they were only serving beer and wine with no food available that night. There was a teen convention happening during our stay, which made the lobby and restaurant areas pretty busy and chaotic at times. I wouldn’t necessarily fault the hotel for having a large group there, but it did change the atmosphere of the stay. Overall, there were some inconveniences, but there were positives as well. The cleanliness, accessibility, and friendly staff were definitely appreciated."

"I was appalled that when I got there I was told I had to pay nine dollars a day for parking, even though I was paying guest. The front desk then told me that the company changed this two months ago. At no point was I notified. It’s not the price, it is the principle. If they are worried about people taking flights out of BWI that aren’t staying there, then they should have them towed rather than make somebody who’s already paying for a room pay to park there. It makes no sense."
