Hotel shuttle guys could not have been more friendly or helpful. One phone call when u emerged from the terminal building and they were there within 10 mins. Equally, the next morning the lift to the station was easy and completely hassle-free. My stay at the Aloft did exactly what I wanted it to in terms of a late flight arrival and early start to get into Washington the next day. I will definitely be staying there again. I was in bed within an hour of brakes on at the gate. Oh, and the price...

I am a wheelchair user and stayed here on business for three weeks. The hotel entrance is very accessible and the staff are friendly and helpful. The onsite breakfast buffet is good and with plenty of seating.
The access to the rooms is pretty accessible, there is a small ramp up to the main buildings through the courtyard. The courtyard has an outdoor pool although it’s only open from End May - End Summer. The corridors to the rooms have a strong odour which isn’t very pleasant.
