The Westin Cleveland Downtown
This is a very beautiful hotel. The room was excellent and all the employees were very accommodating. My sink did not drain and at checkout time the elevator to the garage broke down. The first-floor emergency exit in the stair well is a fire hazard due to blocked with furniture and flag poles.

Pro: location. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance Con: when there’s a problem the only way to get help is to text a number. No person to talk to in person or on the phone. Text only. And they take awhile to respond

The unit I was assigned was a far cry from the pictures that were posted on the site during the booking process. I felt like I was the victim of a vicious bait-N-switch. I contacted the management and they required some serious convincing to switch me to a different unit... This can't be the first ...
