"Did not stay. Rooms were filthy. Toilet backed up in the first room. The three rooms we were in all smelled badly of smoke yet were supposed to be non smoking. Desk person cancellwd our reservation. Said to call Expedia to get money returned. "

"So many cute little shops within walking area. Staff was so kind they even offered to pick us up if we went on a shopping spree. Location is close enough to a lot of things that a ride share was required but nothing felt out of the way. "

"Ariel front desk attendant was fabulous. She helped every aspect of our stay. Sam the shuttle driver, went out of his way to help us out of town folks enjoy our stay. Paul, another shuttle driver also chipped in to do room service. Anna was great for breakfast! It was a total team effort! Let’s go Buffalo!!"
