"A coffee pot would be great. And I had a shower at 5:30 am. Was cold. Apparently the hot water doesn’t come on untill the sun comes up. I am an early riser. It really was not wonderful. The room was kept really clean as well as the rest of the hotel. It is older but staff is kind and friendly. Restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Location is wonderful lots restaurants along the beach."

"All staff was great and helpful. We had a very good experience and when relaxing in the beach they brought out complimentary drinks for us. Arriving we were treated with a margarita and Pedro explained how to navigate around the hotel with great detail."

It is very confusing to navigate into what's included and what is not included in this "all inclusive" resort where every little upgrade for food item is extra (if you want your dinner with meat or seafood, be prepared to pay very high pricing. Not a great feeling after paying over 400 per night for the resort)."
