"We had a great stay up until the last day when the issue happened in PV with the cartel. Our flight was cancelled and we had to stay 5 extra days which the hotel was able to do. However we were able to get an earlier flight and have not been able to get a refund from the hotel after we checked and they said we would. I would give them a much higher rating if not for this and not responding to my enquiries "

The Blue Chairs manager told us that they would take care of us, and that is what they did. They kept us safe and allowed us to extend our stay at a reasonable cost. Thank you, Blue Chairs. "I stayed in both an Adult/Executive and a Standard room. The former had more features along with a direct ocean view, but my Standard room was fine too. With a sideways view of the ocean. Both were very clean. The staff, in all cases, were wonderfully helpful, polite and cheerful. "
