"The first day there was a problem with the hot water but they fixed it quickly. At night you have to use the doorbell to get the door opened. The pool water isn't heated, sometimes they don't have ice, and there are no face towels!"

"Our experience was amazing from the moment we arrived. Brian was very helpful as we checked in and suggested we have lunch while our room was being prepared for us. To our surprise, the room was more spacious than we anticipated. The room was very clean as well as all surroundings including the pools and the grounds. There are several restaurants to choose from. The buffet had ample options and everything was delicious. We loved Blaze restaurant by the water, all food and drinks were amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food served. Osiris, Yaneli and the entire wait staff are super friendly and ready to accommodate you. The beach is fantastic with plenty of places to relax either pool side or on the beach. This is a family friendly hotel and is a short car ride away from the malecon and the Mercado. I felt very safe as all cars entering and exiting the property have to check in at the gate. There was nightly entertainment that was enjoyable. If you’d like a quiet, relaxing place to stay then you have found it.
