"I loved it as soon as I opened the door. The only reason I didn't rate it excellent for the staff is because there is no person in the lobby, but the room was so clean and quaint. Definitely older but very well kept. The beds, pillows, and sheets were so comfy. The bathroom and little kitchenette area were spotless. Really nice place to sit out behind the property and view a covered bridge and some fall colors and lots of peace and quiet. Very close to several great places to eat as well. "The room was relatively quiet, I could walk to dinner at two restaurants, the tv had lots of channels and the WiFi was relatively strong (89/20) for being in a rural area. There was a fridge if you wanted it and plenty of hot water. The downsides were the furniture and bed were a little dated, and the tub seemed to have a lot of wear and tear on it (but seemed clean). Convenient to Franconia Notch SP, especially Flume Gorge, the Basin, and Canon Mountain."
