The disabled access was great. Unfortunately the place was grubby .there was dust every where asked for room to be cleaned basics done no floor washing soap was still on floor where it had dropped previous to clean.you are paying for a room to lay your head literally had to leave windows open to eliminate stale smell the pub is not that accomodating as a back up to the hotel as it alsohas cleaning issues if you do. Not book a table every think is a 45 min wait there was no security on room cards asked for a second card no security checks taken just a straight yes here's acard i could have been anyone

Accommodation I couldn't fault, quite, clean and accessible. Food at the Woodcock was mediocre. A busy place for food, but based on our experience other places around must be worse if they are all coming to The Woodcock. Breakfast staff appear to be thin on the ground. We dinned the three nights at the Woodcock, the first night was burger night and it was good, the second was a curry night. A beef curry was my choice and I didn't need much sauce to cover the four cubes of meet immersed in it. The third night was a steak night, which we both had, but I believe the pub would have closed before we both could have had time to chew it all had we chose that option, we indeed left most of it. Based on our experience at breakfast, we thought a sandwich and fresh juice at Lidl was a better option on the last morning, which is what we did.

Nice place outside Lincoln - easy to find, good parking, nice surroundings. Place is clean and tidy, room decent size with good facilities. Only issue was shower over bath which was fine but would have preferred walk-in. Good eating options at the attached Pub.

The actual room was lovely but cold. Checking in was difficult all staff was in the pub not wanting to support. Seems they wanted to drink whilst i was trying to check in with a poorly tired baby. All signs says check in at pub but it wasn’t easy.

This was a pleasant average room with a very comfortable bed. Bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. We didn't eat at the Hotel so cant comment on that. It's adjacent to the pub but there was no noise or problems with that as it all seemed to wrap up around 11. A very pleasant stay and would use again
