"The staff is awesome! The restaurant & spa are awesome! You should know that this hotel is in 2 halves. Half is historical. The other half has elevators and air conditioning. Know when you book which side you are booking. Despite being on the “wrong” side at the end of a long trip, the staff did everything possible to make it enjoyable for us."

"Great room, very clean and great amenities. Room service available and the bed was really comfy. Stored my bags the next morning when I needed to wait for my train. Really good overall, only issue was the room was really hot and I couldn’t open the windows to cool it down (maybe I just couldnt figure it out) so it made for a warm night. "

"Fantastic hotel! Friendly, helpful staff. Located in an easy spot to walk pretty much anywhere. Only issue was the shower. The shower head didn’t adjust forcing us to contort ourselves to get to the water. Minor frustration for an otherwise great experience. "

"Check in first, THEN you can scan your room card to access underground parking, which has convenient access to the elevator to the hotel rooms. Check-in was easy, staff was great, the room was clean, quiet, comfortable. Optional breakfast was amazing--very nice restaurant setting with so many food options. "Family room was very spacious and well laid out. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working, which caused a lot of moisture and condensation after showering."
