At one point the property lost power and water. It was raining very lightly in Lima. A plus was the free breakfast, WiFi, and laundry services.

Great location and comfortable! Accommodations were wonderful, we had everything we needed. Great service for taxis, printing, food, drinks, etc. Jordan was present and friendly for the early morning tours and welcomed us back late at night. We appreciated his hospitality and kindness. Would highly recommend.

Accueil chaleureux. Plein de plantes, plusieurs espaces intérieurs et superbe terrasse, un joli petit balcon privé. Simple (pas luxueux), mais très joli, beaucoup d'amour dans la décoration. Chambre petite, mais propre, matelas très confortable, insonorisé (construction en face et on n'entendait pratiquement rien). Très recommandable. À 10 minutes de marche du Metropolitano, avec lequel on peut se rendre au centre historique pour quelques kopeks - euh, pour quelques soles!

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel an dennoch ruhiger Lage. Leider dafür ringhörig und es gibt viel Lärm im Hotelinneren. Das Zimmer war soweit sauber und in Ordnung, die Betten sind aber eher kurz geraten. Frühstück muss bestellt werden, kaum Auswahl. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The gardens were nice and the hotel was conveniently located in Miraflores. It was very loud in the hotel from the front doorbell that all guests have to ring to get in to the hotel. Also the balcony sliding door didn't close well so any noise from the courtyard was really loud in my room. Walls and floors were also not very soundproof so noise from other guests was also very disruptive.

Localização excelente

Atende muito bem. Quarto bom, mas pequeno com uma varanda bem agradável. Localização excelente, próximo a supermercado, áreas de comércio, shopping. Única ressalva foi a atitude do funcionário que cobrou a estadia quando chegamos, em dinheiro (final da tarde de domingo, quando as casa de câmbio estavam fechadas). Importante salientar que tentei pagar a reserva antes de sair do Brasil, justamente para evitar esse problema, porém o estabelecimento ou o Hotéis.com não permitiram essa opção.
