I tried to contact them to update my booking by one day. They did finally reply that if i wanted an plckup at the airport they would, and told me the cost. I told them the arrival time and flight number. I sent them the information and recieved no reply. I arrived and waited for the taxi. No one came. I took a taxi to the property and no one would answer the door. The taxi driver phoned over and over. We could hear the phone but??? I tried to cancel the next night with no repy. Then much later got a repy that they were full. I will be very reluctant to use this orbitz again!! If ever! I am not satisfied with this one bit.

Unfortunately I didnt make it to this hotel as two taxi drivers from the airport refused to take me there. According to the taxi drivers the streets near the hotel are unlit and dangerous and a high crime area. We arrived into Lima at 10pm and opted to take the advice of the drivers and find something two blocks from the airport.

Pésimo servicio, Lugar adecuado.

Reservamos este hotel porque esta a unos dos kilometros del aeropuerto. Sin embargo tuvimos una mala experiencia a la llegada, pues a pesar de haber contactado con el establecimiento y haber dejado clara la hora de llegada, cuando llegamos no había nadie en el hotel, ni contestaban el teléfono. La zona no es muy segura y tuvimos que esperar casi una hora hasta que llego el dueño, por lo que además tuvimos que pagarle 10 soles extras al taxista que nos llevo.
