Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay, HI
Room wasn’t ready they said it would be ready in 45 minutes it wasn’t switched to another room on the ground floor with no elevators. Hard to find staff to get more towels or anything else. A lot of money to stay at a place that doesn’t have enough staff to run the place.

OUTRIGGER Kauaʻi Beach Resort & Spa
Air conditioner in my room made a lot of squeaking noises. Also we were right across fron the (very noisy!) ice maker. Pretty noisy hotel which is currently under a lot of construction.

The Royal Sonesta Kaua'i Resort Lihue
An early check was requested at the front desk around 10:45 AM. Instead of trying to accommodate an early check in the front desk lady tried to upsale a presidential suite for an extra +$1,100 a night. We checked again with the front desk 5 hours later and they mentioned house keeping was aware of ...

very clean rooms, older resort but very clean and comfortable, people very friendly and nice, definitely recommend it this place, if we’re going to be back next time this is the place we will definitely come back
