"Wonderful hotel. Older property but very well-maIntained. An oasis in the heart of Lihue. 10 minutes from the airport and close to stores (Walmart, CVS, Target, Safeway) and restaurants (fast food chains and local restaurants). Room and hotel grounds were immaculate and renovated with modern amenities. Room was quiet at night and comfortable. There is a small window AC that works oerfectly snd cools the whole room. I had a regular suite with a full-sized kitchen and Queen sized bed. Rini was amazing! She greeted me and checked me in early because my room was ready. Rini went out of her way to show me to my room and was very friendly and accommodating. She went out of her way several times and made my stay a wonderful experience. The convenient location, price and amenities makes this my new home away from home. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Rini and Kauai Palms!"

"We were some of the first guests to stay at this hotel. This facility is absolutely beautiful and will definitely become a great place for people to stay and enjoy. The location is close to the airport and a lot of restaurants and stores. The property has parking that's not to far from the building. The room was well decorated and the sheet and pillows were definitely the Hilton level. The staff was super friendly and helpful from beginning to end with them helping us and suggesting places to go visit and eat at. Kai from the front lobby was great and helpful multiple times. One issue is that their in house bar closes too early at 1030pm, and they dont offer any alcohol for sale in their lobby. That was an inconvenience since then we had to leave the property to find alcohol to enjoy in our room. And there was a ton of construction with is to be expected with the recent opening and the hurricane, but a lot of the area where the rooms were at seemed messy and there was too many construction workers around the hotel near the rooms. Maybe completing a portion at a time would have been nicer so not see the behind the scenes. And a piece of metal fell from the ceiling and almost hit us while we were getting ready."
