The bed was comfortable. The tea and coffee etc was good. And the shower was excellent. Overall really happy with my stay"

"An ideal stay for a short trip to Newcastle. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was as expected for what we paid: spacious and well laid out with tea/coffee facilities and a small fridge. It was a bit dated, but that didn’t affect our stay. The pool was run-down and not worth the extra £5 to be able to use."
