An exceptional hotel in a great location. The room was comfortable & quiet and the breakfast was very nice with a wide choice. The front desk staff were extremely helpful & attentive. An excellent choice when staying in Hanoi.

Excellent property. Fantastic location right in the old quarter and easily walkable to other major sites/areas. The room was clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and welcoming and really did go above and beyond to make this a great experience for us. Breakfast was plentiful (and delicious)

The hotel was very conveniently located in the Old Quarter and the staff was great everyday including everyone, from the door man to the front desk manager. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. It’s really a nice place to stay. The rooms we booked had two queen size bed which is rare to see. It could host four people if needed with shared beds. It also has a pool on the roof top, a gym with basic equipment, spa, and the breakfast was delicious with varieties. Overall, the location, the hotel, and the staff were wonderful!
