We stayed three nights in the house to the side of the hotel - it’s so peaceful and beautiful, with its own deck on the lake that’s even quieter than the main hotel lakefront. Breakfast is one of the best I’ve had at any hotel, and the restaurant setting is also very pretty. Staff are kind and helpful. Highly recommended if you enjoy tranquility and a beautiful view.

Amazingly eclectic hotel where every turn was met with a piece of modern art or upcycled modern antiques. We stayed in the Merck branded room where the bed was set upon a base of millions of capsules!! Lovely breakfast, friendly service, and good recommends for local eateries! We’d definitely come back

Been here for the last 2 years. will come again

We’ve stayed two years in a row , the hotel is very nice , clean and the staff are really friendly

Clean room and easy parking.

I stayed for one night and had a very comfortable stay. I needed to buy a european plug adapter while I was there and the staff at the hotel were very helpful in giving me directions to the shop that they knew of. The food was good and reasonably priced.

Everything about this hotel is 5 star. We enjoyed a 5 day break here and would definitely return. The food was fantastic … excellent breakfast buffet with anything you could wish for plus an à la carte service. The evening dinner was superb, creative menus delivered first class service. The spa and pools were great, outdoor pool in the snow!! Housekeeping kept our room in a perfect condition. All of the staff were friendly, professional and fun!! Amazing stay

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, fantastic rooms, very large and comforable. Jacobb the owner was most helpfull and could'nt do enough for us ,an excellent host. The food was not up to the standard of the hotel though, and it was the only thing to find fault with. All in all a very good hotel to stay at and would happily book again although the food was average the hotel is not!

Parking good, room was clean, good choice of food in the restaurant
