"This was an excellent hotel. Highly recommend staying here. Location was excellent. The staff are so warm, friendly and helpful. Absolutely delicious breakfast buffet. The room and bathroom were v spacious by European standards. Our shower was great! Only suggestion would be to have more closet and drawer space for clothes but overall this was an excellent hotel. "

"Very good location and right opposite to the ferry terminal. The bed was firm which was my liking. Everything was good. My only criticism was the lighting on the two sides of the mirror in the bathroom were way too bright."

"I was a little nervous at first because I was the only one booked at the hotel so I was by myself pretty much the whole time. Aside from that what I did like was that my room had a balcony that looked out on the water. The owners were nice and left me some cake and had a kitchen stocked so that I can have coffee and whatever else I need. This is a great location because there is a bus stop right outside the door. They also had an option for me to book transportation to and from the airport for a separate price I definitely would recommend."

"The minute you enter the boutique hotel lobby you’re greeted by a lovely attendant. He was very helpful and so nice. Our room was super clean, very new, and beautiful. The included breakfast is fantastic! Views of the lake were spectacular. The location is about 10 minutes (walking) from a cafe and 10 min drive from a small town. Walking is a bit doggy with limited sidewalks and speedy traffic, but we managed with no problems. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"There is nothing anyone can possibly say negative about this property. From the moment of arrival it was exclusivity and luxury at its finest. We had the most basic room in the Villa and I could not have asked for anything more. Giovanni showed us around the property upon arrival and answered every possible question we had... we felt like we had our own personal concierge. We have already planned to return. One tip, dont stay at any hotels after this one... it will automatically feel like a disappointment!"
