"Absolutely phenomenal experience. It is actually difficult to put into words the warmth of this place. Of course, the food is excellent, the beach is beautiful, the rooms are great — but somehow all of that ends up becoming secondary. What you really remember is how people made you feel. There is a genuine warmth here that starts with the General Manager and is reflected throughout the entire team. It never feels scripted or “hospitality by the book.” It feels human. A very special thank you to Juan Alejandro, who is simply an extraordinary host and made us feel incredibly welcome from the beginning. And also to Sony and Ray at the beach, and Miguel at the buffet, for their kindness, smiles, attention and the little things they did every day that made such a difference. You can have a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, but it is the people who turn it into a place you want to come back to. That is exactly what this team has managed to create. Thank you to all of you. You made our stay very special."

"Hay lugares a los que uno va de vacaciones… y hay lugares que de alguna manera se quedan con un pedacito del corazón. ❤️ Así nos vamos de Catalonia Royal La Romana Adults Only: felices, agradecidos y con la certeza de que volveríamos 10.000 veces. La playa es simplemente espectacular, el agua, el paisaje, la comida, los tragos y el ambiente hacen que sea muy fácil enamorarse de este lugar. 🌴☀️🍹 Pero si me preguntan qué fue lo que realmente hizo especial nuestra estadía, mi respuesta sería: su gente. La calidad humana que encontramos aquí fue, sin duda, lo más bonito. Desde la persona que entra cada día a mantener nuestra habitación impecable, hasta cada empleado que nos cruzaba por los pasillos y nos regalaba una sonrisa y un “buenos días”. Son detalles que quizás parecen pequeños, pero cuando estás lejos de casa significan muchísimo. Quiero hacer una mención muy especial a Katherine, de recepción. Ha sido y sigue siendo excepcional. Su asistencia, sus detalles, su dedicación y esa disposición genuina de ayudar hicieron que nos sintiéramos verdaderamente atendidos y, sobre todo, bienvenidos. "Had a great stay at the Tracadero, The location was beautiful, the staff was friendly, my girlfriend and i were immensely satisfied with the customer service from the staff… thanks for emmanuel for our check in/check out and guiding us through any information needed. "It is an amazing property to have a relax and lovely stay at a beautiful beach. Fantastic amenities, incredible restaurants with a top quality dishes and a staff that will make you feel the most important person in the world. The entertainment crew was amazing everyday, with lots of recreation activities for all ages and at the end of each day a show to make you laugh and the a dancing experience until late night… this is just amazing"
