"I was very disappointed with my stay, primarily due to the lack of basic communication and service. On our first night, there was no running water. Which meant no showers or no using toilets. Each time we called the front desk, we were told it would be back on in “10 minutes,” but it ultimately took four hours from the initial call. I understand that on a small island, resources and repairs may take time—but honesty goes a long way. I would have much preferred a realistic timeframe and been pleasantly surprised if it was resolved sooner, rather than repeatedly given inaccurate information. Additionally, I called the front desk four separate times in one night requesting a hair dryer and never received one—not just that evening, but for the entirety of my stay (5 days). I eventually gave up on my request. What was most frustrating is that there was no acknowledgment or compensation offered for these inconveniences. Overall, the lack of transparency and follow-through significantly impacted my experience. "

This could be achieved by implementing a more consistent cleaning schedule, ensuring proper upkeep of surfaces and finishes, and conducting regular inspections. Maintaining these areas in excellent condition will improve the overall guest experience, reflect the hotel’s quality standards, and create a more welcoming and comfortable environment."
