"Was very clean and nice. "

"The room was very clean. The frig wasn’t very cold, even after adjusting it. The television did not work when I tried to turn it on. I called down the desk and reported it. Then an hour and fifteen minutes later called again to inform them that no one had been by to look at it yet. They said they would immediately send someone. Forty minutes later, no one had come. So I started a more in depth investigation and realized there was a cord laying on the carpet behind the dresser the TV was on and snagged it with a hanger and plugged it in where it looked like it went. That was the issue as it turned right on after I attached it. Five minutes after I got it working, the hotel “engineer” arrived to see I fixed it. I think with the size of the hotel you have, you should have more “engineers” working in the evenings."

"It was clean; I can give you that. It was noisy until the early morning both nights we were there (2-3 in the morning) because we had a room right next to the pool which was, I suppose, a huge draw. I don't know why this place gets such high ratings. "
