"A bit away from the central market but very peaceful. It is mini tibet. The rooms are spacious. Hotel serene. Staff very helpful. Ms. Rupali receptionist, ms. Cherry, himmatbhai and all restaurant and room service staff polite and always helpful. Food needs little improvement. Every room must have hot water geyser or boiler. They have solar connection for hot water but it takes time to get hot water. In house laundry is an advantage. Rates are reasonable for all services. We have stayed there...
"Overall a great experience during couple of days stay at the location. Fine dining and great amenities helped my stay very comfortable. Will visit with my family again next year."
"Dharamashala is a very beautiful place to visit and if I was to go again I'd have no hesitation in booking this hotel again. The hotel staff were all great, very friendly and helpful, I really enjoyed my stay."
"Our balcony had a clear view of the Dauladhar Range and we enjoyed our morning cup of tea watching the snow streaked mountains and listening to bird song"
"Amazing hotel had a fabulous time superb location stunning view but what really made it was the staff who made us feelso at home nothing too much trouble. Big shout out to Vijay who elevate our whole stay with his help and friendship"
"This is a beautiful brand new hotel that has a wonderful view. The Manager Akshit upgraded our room and helped us book taxis. His hospitality was excellent, he even drove us to our bus stop and waited with us to ensure we got the right bus. Akshit was excellent and we loved our stay!"
"The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption.
Secondly, regardless of discomfort & disturbance to guests, continous hammering was resorted to at night...
"Nice comfortable beds and room well equipped with charging and lighting is good

From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and hospitality stood out.
The culinary experience was exceptional. Executive Chef Chowang Norbu and his team went above and beyond to cater to our dietary needs. The Himachali and Tibetan cuisine was absolutely delicious—an authentic taste of the region that left us wanting more.
The spa experience was top-notch. After a long six-hour road journey, the excellent massage left me feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed.
One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop bar. Enjoying a drink while admiring the majestic Dhauladhar mountains, especially during sunrise and sunset, was truly magical.
Overall, D’Polo Club & Spa Resort offers a premium experience with outstanding hospitality, stunning views, and excellent amenities. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!"
