"The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption.

"New seeming hotel in great condition with pleasant, generous rooms and good communal spaces. Helpful staff, the limited food I had was very good.
Only issue really is that location is not where indicated on Hotels.com. It’s not in Dharamshala and certainly not next to the McLeod Ganj ropeway as the address implies. It’s a few miles down the road in Sudhed, which is a fair bit less convenient."

"We had the most comfortable and wonderful stay at the hotel. We were there for His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s 90th birthday celebration. The culinary experience was exceptional. Executive Chef Chowang Norbu and his team went above and beyond to cater to our dietary needs. The Himachali and Tibetan cuisine was absolutely delicious—an authentic taste of the region that left us wanting more.
The spa experience was top-notch. After a long six-hour road journey, the excellent massage left me feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed.
