"The trailer we had seemed brand new, well equipped and everything in great shape, very clean. Check in was easy, love the location right between Niagara Falls and NOTL but out of town so quiet and no hustle and bustle. We loved we could sit outside on the deck, bbq and have a bonfire at night, all outdoor seating was provided and in great shape as well. Beds were a little hard for us, but to be expected in new trailer. Will stay here again and have already recommended to family."
"Mold, dark, rat noises at 6 am, smelly, sheets not sure if cleaned, hair in bathtub sink shower and toilet. Looks like someone was living there before we arrived."
"needed some repairs and renovations. website says free breakfast and usually coffee supplies included, but no free breakfast and told to go next door for coffee (not free) very disapointed with some things. but generally good. "

"The hotel is beautiful, close to everything: Rainbow bridge is 5' walk, the Ferris wheel, the cruise boat, the falls (all three of them) Room was spacious with exceptional view of the falls, the fireworks, the street. Couldn't be happier. Concierge went above and beyond to help us book a transportation. The buffet with breathtaking view as well. Love every minute of my stay. Thank you. "

"It's a nice clean hotel in the quiet part of town. The suites are modern and contemporary. Big windows and light. Top floors are the best, away from traffic and noisy tourists from across the street. I spent a good weekend here with my family. "
