"The infrastructure was old and badly maintained and there was mould at the base of the shower door. We weren't made aware about having to take luggage up 2 flights of stairs or that the parking was not available at the time"

"I would not at all ever stay at this hotel. It is old and warn and they charge a ridiculous amount of money for it. You have to go to a separate hotel with a different name to get the key. It has no one at the actual hotel. "

"A lovely accommodation. Staff were friendly and room was clean. It was very quiet and a close stay to the entertainment centre (we walked there and back for a show - 25 min walk). There were limited parking spots available on the property but areas to park on the street if you missed out. We would definitely stay again!"
