"What a gem. The Atura has a real vibe and what we walked into in the foyer was a real surprise. It's a really casual and cool open plan ground floor plan with self serve check-in if you want it, great crew on the front desk, a bar, restaurant, pool table and a real atmosphere with so many travellers. Needless to say the say the location for an early flight out the next day is awesome with a 50m walk to the airport building !!"

"Excellent location close to Royal Adelaide Hospital and priced reasonably. On the tram line so easy to get around the city or down to Glenelg if I had chosen to go there. Will stay there again"

"The $30 per day for parking is very expensive when you consider how much it costs to stay in the hotel. The extras in the room are not replaced daily, shower cap, sanitary bag, vanity set. Was told at the grand bar we had a $50 credit for staying in the hotel only to find out this is only if you book direct with the hotel. Pool chairs broken and need cushions due to stretching make them quite uncomfortable."

"Amazed that this hotel has four stars as it was tired, dark and drab. The executive king room was depressing with cheap and old furnishings and bed linen / towels. Reception told us that all rooms were of the same standard (so there was no point in swapping rooms which had been offered). Breakfast was average. Although booked in for three nights we left after one night and found a better hotel, which wasn’t hard. The receptionist was adamant that, because we had pre paid through hotels.com, it was not possible to get any refund for the two nights and two breakfasts we had paid for. Overall a very disappointing experience."

"Good clean room, nice shower. Bathroom area a little small. The aircon i think is in the wrong spot and didnt really cool the room even though it wasnt hot."
