"Nous vivons choisi une chambre avec vue sur la piscine sans balcon, on voyait à peine la piscine, on voyait quelques plantes et pas l’extérieur. Nous avons trouvé un élastique à cheveux et un papillon de boucle d’oreille sur le plancher, est ce que le ménage avait été bien fait???"

"The place was in total renovation without letting us know. Parking is 20$ per day, but not advertised. The fire alarm rang in the middle of the night and they ask for me to fix the problem, then we had to ask to switch rooms once the fire alarm was disconnected. Overall, not a good experience, would not return."

"The staff was amazing and helpful, however for a 5-star hotel, there was some issues I didn't expect with cleanliness such as dust, the carpet having multiple loose threads hanging out of it, a window missing a screen, and shower that did not function properly. The location is wonderful as was the afternoon tea and Thomas our hotel tour guide was wonderful."
