"We stayed here for an event at the BoA stadium & we didn’t want to stay in the midst of everything. The location of this hotel was perfect for us. It’s in a great area, where stores & restaurants are just a short drive or walk. The hotel was clean & the staff was friendly. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Charlotte!"

"Have stayed at this hotel several times since 2022. It has always been clean and quiet. Our last stay I was disappointed with the mold in the shower, missing trim tiles in the bathroom and dingy towels. The lobby was still clean and bright. "

"Never staying at this location again. First room smelled like sewage. Transferred to another room to see a glass shower door had been replaced with a shower curtain. I did notice this in other rooms. My second night a could slightly smell sewage in the hall. 5th floor room 508 smell was awful. Moved to another room, and it had a sticky spot on the floor, electrical outlets did not properly work by the bed or workstation, only one reading light worked. Door does not fit tightly in the door frame. You can see the light in the hall around the frame. Staff was friendly. Late night parking is difficult. "

"The Spark hotel is located close to I-77, near the NC/SC border. It was very quiet. Its morning reception staff was friendly and helpful. I did not use business services. However, I saw a meeting room for about 10 people and a separate room with computers and a printer. Check-in and check-out were easy. If you intend to use your Hilton member points or card, reserve your room(s) with Hilton, not through a third-party such as Expedia, Hotels.com, ... I found that out the hard way(: The beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. A big-screen television, microwave, and compact refrigerator were in the room. Lots of towels and hot water, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion were in the bathroom. I used the gym. I believe it included elliptical equipment, treadmills, bikes, weights, and a stretching machine. I used the mat. I did not see sanitizing wipes. Uh oh. Bring your own wipes. The gym also included a television, towels, hot and cold water. For those who like a cold continental breakfast, you will love it-bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee. No hot food other than bagels for "southern breakfast" lovers. 24/7 coffee was a plus. Sufficient breakgast seating and ample outlets too. Hotel has an expectedly pricey convenience "store"-i.e., bring food and drinks with you. The hotel experience was very nice. Spark marketing department can definitely contact me with offers for testing other its locations:) Enjoy!"

"The first room was dirty, the tub was not clean, the water in sink did not go down, abd there was stains on the pillow, we were moved to another room, which wasn't any better but we made the best of it my using lysol, lysol wipes to clean the bathroom and the room itself. I will NOT be staying at this property in the near future. "
