"Had a lovely stay here for 2 days. Booked the Signature room which had a really nice view of the Grand Place. Breakfast was excellent, staff on the front desk really lovely. The building was going through some maintenance - there were some shabby carpets in some stairwells, TV and Aircon not working during our stay - but the front desk made some adjustment to the bill which was more than fair. The room view, central location and excellent breakfast really made it for us. "

The checkin and breakfast staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The hotel is directly opposite Lille Flanders station so perfect for those traveling. The hairdryer had been removed from the bathroom - had to go to reception to request a loan and told to return to reception.
