Excellent hotel just a minute from the Lake and five minutes from the Station. Staff were always friendly and courteous. Like most things in Switzerland its not cheap. The Breakfast was also excellent with a reasonable variety of Hold and Cold items - and Champagne if you wanted it. Even the 5 minute train journey from the Airport to Geneva Town/Lake area is free with a ticket collected from a...

Excellent location and great value for money. We had two superior rooms (626 & 726) with breakfast for 4 nights. All of the staff are very helpful and will go out of their way in order to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Thé hôtel also provides free local public transport passes for the duration of your stay which allows free access to buses, trams and water taxis.

We take two sighature room. The room is spacious with complimentary minibar. The building is old but refurbished well with a small lift. The gym equipments are very modern with all touch screen control. The location is a seven minutes walk and near the lake and flower clock.

Outstanding Personnel!!!

Nice room and very nice ensuite. Plenty of space for the two of us and our bags/clothes etc. The room was very hot and turning off the heating didn't help it cool down much, so we slept with the window slightly open (in January)

We had booked a garden view room but were upgraded to a side lake view which was stunning. Two of the four in our party had a balcony, two a Juliet balcony. The staff were very helpful, friendly and genuinely interested in us.

Location , staff, room upgrade, found lost jacket, 24 hours reception

Lovely hotel in the centre of Rolle. Lake view was a nice touch
