The refurbished rooms were brilliant; big, ample storage, clean, well furnished kitchen) and the location is a nice walk into the village. "Dark and depressing, everything is brown, very little natural light, clean but very tired and very basic. This is not a Hotel, you have to make your own beds, staff unhelpful when we needed to move rooms because of the barking dog next door 
. we asked if they could help move the linen and were told by them that that wasn’t there job why should they do it??? Maybe a misunderstanding as i thought we were booking a hotel room this feels more like a hostel

This is the first time this has ever happened checking in and being asked if I have the sheets and it will be 12 eruo for each bed and to top it off I had to clean it myself or pay them to clean my room.
