"I had messaged the property on booking to ask if a room could be ready before the 3pm check-in time as I was unwell. On arrival after 2pm they had not got a single room for me. At 3pm lots of people flooded the desk and it was nearly 4pm before I got in the room. There has to be a better way and ..."
