Really comfortable room, great spa, fab cocktail bar and excellent food.

I was really impressed with this hotel. It was a good price, cosy and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and the shower was perfect! It is a bit of a distance from the main street but there's a bus that comes regularly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanted to stay in Verbier..

Room was clean and viewed was absolutely amazing from balcony. Spa was very nice with heated pool outside overlooking the mountains. Reception staff particularly very friendly.

Such an amazing hotel! The pools are beautiful and the views are outstanding! The hotel room was huge and spotless! We loved it and will definitely return one day! Thankyou for an incredible experience of Switzerland! My dog loved his trip too!

Fantastic location, lovely breakfast and wonderful service

The staff were really helpful, I was going to arrive late and no one would be at reception but they provided full info on where my room key would be and how to access it. During my stay they couldn't have been more helpful everytime I asked for info. Rooms cleaned everyday and mini toblerones on your bed, yum yum. I saw maintenance ongoing, which is positive, at least they didn't ignore faults in the hotel and keep going while trying to maximise profit at customers expense like many hotel...

A big thank you to everyone at Alaia Lodge for such a warm welcome. We came here on a father/son golf trip we had wanted to do for many years and we chose to stay at Alaia because of its convenient walking distance to the golf course, and it proved to be a wonderful choice. We had a beautiful room with a large balcony with a view of the mountains. The staff in the hotel were charming and helpful. Breakfasts could be had in your room or the restaurant. There was yoghurt with homemade fruit compote, fruit salad, and delicious rolls and pastries.

The house and room was immaculate and the the hosts were very kind and thoughtful. I hope to go again.

Lovely family run hotel with great views. Very friendly and welcoming. Room was nice, super hot shower. Good food, own car park. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area
