I seriously cannot fault this hotel in any way. The room and balcony was great. The bed and bedding was really comfy. The room was well lit, spacious and warm. The breakfast and dining facilities were amazing, so much to choose from. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We loved our ski trip to Puradies. The hotel was beautiful, staff were very helpful & friendly. The food was amazing. We will be back 😀

Location

Amazing hotel with wonderful staff who are all so polite and friendly!! The food on offer from breakfast to dinner was delicious. The fireplace was peaceful with relaxing surroundings. Not forgetting the spa and swimming area, I can’t wait to return.

Everything is very good here. The breakfast has varieties of foods and breads.

The room and breakfast was standard. Locatikn to ski cable, sauna and staff especially the lady cooking eggs were excellent.

came by train and what a reception….the view is an omg what a win….do get lake side and do go half board. Zell AM See is a must visit place. The hotel is a great place to stay.

Came for the IM 70.3 race, absolutely superb stay here. Very luxurious, incredible views whrr we ever you looked. Even the sauna and infinity pools had a view. Highly recommended

Excellent service, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. The food also was very good and nothing was too much trouble.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the old castle look mixed with some modern interior. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, which led to a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Friendly staff, very helpful reception desk, clean rooms great amenities.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff , spa are was great, very clean and not busy at all. Food was good, Breakfast had a good selection and dinner had a nice choice of main courses and deserts. Location was brilliant, very close to ski lifts and in middle of village close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Brilliant hotel, great location and staff were very good. Breakfast very nice but I would avoid the evening meals, much better options in town

This is a large and very comfortable hotel in the traditional style but much enlarged over the years. The location is a couple of miles outside Kirchburg with easy access to the skiing via a frequent bus which stops directly outside and serves the local lifts and through to Kitzbuhl. The room was large and comfortable and the extensive spa facilities were outstanding. Breakfast and Dinner were a highlight - some of the best we have found in Austria. Very high quality ingredients - the lamb was...

It was a truly amazing experience to stay at this chalet. Initially, we were worried because there was no review and it almost seemed too good to be true. However, Philipp (who manages the property) was always responsible and helpful. The Chalet looks exactly the same (if not better) as these beautiful picture. It comes with well-equipped kitchen (we cooked dinner twice), two massive TVs, fireplace, plenty of space to hang out and relax. They also gave us some wine and cheese as well, which...
