"Unfortunately I'm not able to review the hotel Heitzmann, because on my check in day I have been informed by the hotel staff that all rooms are full and that I have been relocated to another nearby hotel Bräurup, that is owned by the same owner. Therefore this review is about the 2 night stay in hotel Bräurup: Positive: 1. The hotel has the elevator that is great if you carry a heavy luggage or have difficulties walking up/down stairs. 2. The complete room was very clean and tidy. 3. Spacious...

"Our stay was perfect! We spent a week at the hotel and, if it had been up to us, we would definitely have stayed longer. The hotel is brand new, modern, and beautifully designed. For us, it is the most beautiful hotel in Kaprun. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made time for a nice chat. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be coming back!"
