"Staff very welcoming. Place is a restaurant and B&B. Wonderful breakfast! Parking convenient. Not a walkable
Location l, but very convenient drive to Spoleto. I had a private room off the main house, only issue was the bathroom was dated but still clean and functional. Gorgeous view of the lower valley."

"We found the hotel excellent; the staff were very helpful and quite friendly (some reviews said otherwise but we met several people working there and all were great)
We got the smallest room; which was quite small for two people but very clean and with nice furniture comfortable bed and new bathroom, good AC etc.
Breakfast was very nice and relaxing. The public spaces are really lovely. We took our time leaving each morning because it was so inviting.

Ilenia, the owner was excellent and even picked us up from the train station with her son Paolo.
Our booking had apparently been cancelled by Expedia/ Hotels.com but she gave us a fantastic room and recommendation for dinner.
Breakfast was delicious and it is a beautiful hotel with wonderful views.
Trevi 5/5 stars but booking was huge let down. We await to see if we get our money back.

Easy Check in. We opted to park at hotel for a reasonable โฌ15, as we arrived later than expected, but could have found street parking nearby.
Staff helped us to find our way to the Percorso Meccanizato which is a great asset to the city, so we could easily access all the sights.
Our room was spacious and very elegant and the breakfast was OUTSTANDING! Such choice, beautifully presented and served with warmth and civility.

Amazing stay. Great host who is helpful.
Nice appartments with kitchen in a quiet location with a pretty pool area. Best to have a car or cycle.
Few taxis, but there is a local man that may be available who also organises tours..

Loved staying here. I was on the top floor with a fabulous view from the balcony. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and sparkling clean. I definitely would love to return to this hotel. Itโs in a great spot. I walked from the station most days. Takes around 20 mins. There is a bus that goes up to the high town. I wouldnโt recommend walking it with luggage. Itโs quite a hike uphill.

As above. Car parking just adequate but very important given the limitations close to the old city. Access could not be better for both arrival and departure and ideal for those in transit in either direction, for example to Rome airports. The presence of tour party travel may compromise some elements for individuals or couples, but the layout is spacious and well designed enough to minimise that.

This time we stayed three nights in Villa Mustafร . The location was ideal to explore Assisi, Perugia and Monte Falco. This is absolutely one of our favourite places to stay in the whole of Italy. The host Paola provides an absolutely delicious breakfast with home grown produce. When we arrived, Monte Falco was busy with a 'spectacolo' dance event and the town was very busy but Paola helpfully called to make a restaurant reservation.

We were greeted with a warm welcome from Annamaria. The whole complex was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and copious amounts of hot water in the shower.
Breakfast was good and the scenery stunning.
It is a 15-minute walk downhill to Spoleto (and a 15-minute walk UPhill to return!!). This was not a problem for us as we enjoy walking.
The city of Spoleto is truly amazing, and the travellators and lifts helped to negate the steep roads within the town.
