"The apartment is very conveniently located in the heart of Leicester. It didn’t take us long to walk to anywhere in the city. Lovely decor and super modern. Had all the facilities we needed, full kitchen, living area and double bedroom.
The only downsides were that the bathroom had a really strong drain smell and then in a morning we’d get food smells in the kitchen that seemed to be coming through from other apartments. These are more building issues rather than the stay itself though. The...

"I booked what was advertised as a hotel-standard studio, but when I arrived, I was told my room was not ready and was asked to wait outside in the cold for over an hour. Eventually, I was placed in a different building in a student accommodation tower, not the studio I booked.
