"Great location, easy free parking, they had provided items that were not always available in much more expensive rooms. We will stay again if we are in the area."

"Rooms were dirty and stank of stale cigarettes, had the smell of weed coming under my door from my neighbours, beds were rock solid and stank of fags, neighbours were loud throughout the night, sick in the hallway in the night, not cleaned until morning as no staff work here after 5pm. We booked for 4 nights only stayed 2 because we couldnt wait to get out of there. The hotel has been turned into a homless hostel with clientele that have absolutely no respect for the property or other tennants. I feel sorry for the owner in all honesty. Also 99% sure the cleaners are smoking in the rooms as they're cleaning them as the smell was so fresh in one of the rooms that was being cleaned when we arrived. Do not stay here, you will feel safer and cleaner on the street. "
"All good. Especially the two young ladies at reception(sorry didn’t get their names). Very pleased with everything. Only slight disappointment was the lack of views from the window. Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please don’t stay at the Hilton. It’s disgusting "
