"The hotel is easy to locate and has plenty of lit parking. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. Our 2 queen room "suite" was great. It had a separate couch area to stretch out on which could have been made into a trundle bed. The regular beds were very comfortable. For my taste the bedroom area was a little bit dim on lighting but if you left the large bathroom door open with the light on it was fine. There is a small desk by couch that's well lit. Breakfast was the standard eggs, potatoes, make it yourself waffles, packaged muffins and yogurts. We book a week ahead and really got a great price as a senior citizen-under 100$. We would stay again when in the area. "

"Very clean and beautiful hotel. The rooms are elegant with cozy furniture and bedding and great views! I had a golf view room, and enjoyed visiting the courtyard and sitting by the lake. Would highly recommend staying here; it’s safe and friendly for solo travelers and in a great location near the freeway and lots of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. My only gripe was that the hotel tried to charge me for market items (snacks + a bottle of wine) when I hadn’t ordered any. I didn’t learn about the charges until I was handed my receipt at checkout but wished the staff would have reviewed the charges with me before authorizing them. This was fixed professionally and attentively, however I would recommend that you ensure they aren’t charging you for items mistakenly before they authorize the bill."

"1. Room 103, had nor room darkening shades. Did not discover this until going to bed which was late. Reported to staff in morning. 2. East Parking lot security accessed side door would not close and therefore provided no protection for the guests and staff. Reported to front desk, they dais they were trying to get it repaired."

"I went there for the pool and the pool was great. The hot tub was currently out of order which isn't that big of a deal because the pool was awesome. But from the moment we got there things just weren't right. When we got into our room we opened the pull-out couch and it was full of crumbs and dirt. Then we got the pull out linens and there were yellow stains on them and they were obviously not clean. We called the front desk to ask for another one and they brought us a little sheet thingy that had no warmth. Then we decided to go to the restaurant. We waited quite a while until someone came to see us and then we sat as the only people in the empty restaurant. The waitress was very kind and did her best to help us and made every accommodation. However, certain parts of the meals that we tried to order on the menu were not available. Then there were several flies in the oil in our oil and vinegar. Then when our meals did come they did not include all the ingredients that had been listed in the description. There was mold in the the creases of the inside of the shower. And the room was neat and tidy but was clearly run down stained wallpaper etc."
