This hotel is lovely. The hotel is very close to the metro, some nice restaurants and a few supermarkets. Since the metro is so close it is easy to travel to central Kiev. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Although the local area looks a little rough, and the exterior of the hotel is nothing special, the inside is exquisite and full of helpful multilingual staff. Just back after staying 4 nights in the Bonapart hotel it's very clean staff are great and very friendly , breakfast every morning is very filling and cooked very well I would recommend this hotel and if I ever go back to visit kiev then I would book this hotel again , bus stop and metro are only a short walk away ,

Me and my brother picked out this hotel when we decided to have a long weekend in Ukraine in order to take in the sights of Kiev and to explore the Chernobyl Exclusion zone. The hotel was Warm, comfortable and featured one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in in a hotel. Great old style hotel. we had a massive room with a view over the main square and fabulous skyline and buildings . Great location .

My second stay at this hotel, the staff were again fantastic. The property is centrally located and in easy reach of much of historic and beautiful Kiev. Quiet, safe and clean. English speaking staff and a friendly atmosphere. I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone wanting to experience Kiev.

I have stayed here before and will always return when I am flying in and out of Borispol Airport. The rooms are very clean, beds comfortable and the service excellent.

The room was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was also great. A special mention to Iryna who helped us sort out some issues we had created with our booking and made us feel very welcome.

Staff arranged limo, upgraded our rooms, arranged Chernobyl tour perfectly. Had the most wonderful time in Kiev and will certainly return as so much to see. Hotel is the best we have ever stayed in, staff were second to none, room was amazing and food was perfect. I couldn't fault this hotel or Kiev itself in any way. Perfect. The Fairmont was the last stay on our honeymoon and my birthday. We started in Budapest and cycled to Lviv and then took the train to Kyiv.
