"We reported a wall plate for HDMI was completely off the wall but wasn't addressed. Bathroom and water in the room smelled like sewer. We were upgraded to a room right at the pool which was very convenient and a 30 second walk to the beach. No ocean view but that was okay! We were set up at the pool right at the TIKI swim up bar and staff were great and attentive to our needs.Shuttles to and from other hotels was easily accessible. We had the signature AI which only included the Divi Dutch Village and the Divi Golf Village but most of the food was duplicated at both places!!! Won't do AI there ever again and purchasing food was definitely out of the question. Probably won't stay at a Divi ever again, just because we prefer AI over purchasing alcohol and food separately!!"
