The room and en-suite bathroom were very clean and spacious. Shower was excellent and water very hot. We enjoyed the proximity to shops and bars in the town. Parking at the station car park is free and 2 minutes walk from the hotel (there is no parking at the hotel itself) We had dinner at the restaurant, which is beautifully decorated. Beautiful hotel grounds, in a very picturesque part of Utrecht, 10 minute walk, at the most, from the station.

Rooms were a little small but the hotel was clean, with good breakfast and easy access to shops and station

I missed the note highlighting reception shuts at 6pm, but I telephoned the contact number and my key was waiting in a lock box. Great location, central and easy 10 min walk from train. Interesting building with quirks and features - I'd stay again

Great stay at this hotel over a weekend. The room was huge, well equipped and comfortable. WiFi was excellent. Staff superb.

Excellent hotel, lovely rooms

Great hotel and theme park. Lots of magical touches and ideal location. We took advantage of early access then took a break during the peak time and returned early evening which meant we barely had to queue for rides.

I was looking for a practical hotel to stay both for work as well to start cycling along the Rhine; Hotel Montfoort is picturesquely located in the historical Montfoort village, on walking distance of the beautiful castle. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the accommodation supplies everything you need for a pleasant stay and a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended.

Staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful - there was an issue with the breakfast the first morning, which they sorted in no time. Attentive, asking my daughter about her adventures and generally nice and very welcoming! The hotel room was big enough for my daughter to be able to do cartwheels in the living room, bed in the bedroom was big and comfortable, walk-in shower very pleasant and there was a fancy no-touch light on the mirror with different functions. Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Utrecht. Very quirky (stairs are awesome!) and the room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful!
