"This was made for a perfect family vacation… super clean kid friendly with an awesome view of Houston for the adults on rooftop "

"The property was clean and comfortable. The owner is prompt in his reply’s and is helpful with any needs I had. He even shipped me some of my items I left at his place. I will definitely be staying there again if I visit Houston."

"Host was friendly and quick to communicate. They were flexible with checkout time, which was much appreciated. The property is described generally accurately but pictures are not entirely representative of the unit. There were several items in disrepair and the condition of the property is not good. "

"This rental was beautiful very clean and spacious. The location is very convenient if you are visiting the downtown area and for local shopping. The host was prompt with communicating when needed. It is a three story rental so the only issue was how tiring the stairs could be since the elevator was not available to use. I would definitely recommend and book with this host and rental property again. "

"Highly recommended property. Well presented with excellent and varied amenities. Good location for ease of access to Montrose, Rice Village, Heights and Downtown/EADO. Would book again."

"Loved our stay! It was convenient location. I was a food mentor for our robotics team, and was providing 2 to 3 meals a day for them in Discovery Green park (during the Worlds competition). I could load everything in coolers and wagons and, with some extra helpers, pulled everything right to the park without needing to move my vehicle (and pay for parking) everyday. The kitchen was a fantastic resource for us as well!"
