The room we had was a room on the first floor fitted out for the disabled, which isn't what we needed or required or expected, low wardrobe rails, little furnishings, wet room, which meant no bath, low sink. A good hotel, better organisation around check in time would improve ratings, the bed was reasonably comfortable, however the pillows are as comfortable as a park bench , i didnt sleep very well at all, there were two pilliws each, but they were all rather firm.
