"The room was clean and cosy, reception staff were great, absolutely no complaints. Wasn't clear how to get in when I rocked up wasted at 4am but a kind security guy spotted me and let me in. No complaints at all. Definitely appreciated being already at the train station when I checked out. Would recommend. "
"Friendly and helpful at reception room very clean and spacious a great cooked breakfast served at 07:00 unlike some hotels who think 09:30 is a good breakfast time and as for the price i frightened to say great value for money in case they put the price up it safe to say you will be as surprised as I was at what you get here oh and plenty of free parking it’s win win "
"A great location near the railway station away from any traffic. Friendly and helpful staff, always able to advise on things to do/places to go. A quiet intimate bar and a spacious room and bathroom.

"We were attending an event at the Royal Amouries Museum and the hotel is perfectly located for this - just a couple of minutes walk from the main entrance. The room we had was very spacious with a large bed and sofa bed. Perfect for the three of us. The shower was powerful and had the addition of shampoo and body wash. The room was clean and had everything we needed for the one night stay. It was extremely quiet and the black out curtains meant we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast in the morning was great too. A choice of six hot items as well as pastries and the coffee was good!"
