"Staff were great and the hotel is beautiful with spacious clean rooms. Two bottles of complimentary water were appreciated but it was a bit disappointing to have a kettle with no coffee or tea. Location is perfect for events at the arena."

"This hotel is in a great location for exploring Leeds itself and the surrounding area, being close to the railway & bus stations. The only negative I have is the lifts. I was on the 15th floor so climbing the stairs wasn't really on, but with just 2 lifts in operation I had to allow 5-10 minutes just for a lift to appear. It was no surprise - but didn't help - that when the lift did appear it would stop at multiple floors en route where the people had obviously given up waiting."

It’s easy to pre book the valet parking and the treats that are left in your vehicle when you leave are a super gesture. Breakfast is wonderful, overall a brilliant Hotel with fabulously luxurious furnishings. I couldn’t fault at all x"
