"Room and service excellent "

"Staff at Oulton Hall are the stand out feature. From check in to Oliver in the restaurant to the waiting staff at breakfast, all are well above expectations. Old school service where staff wait for you to pass rather than rushing to get where THEY need to be is actually quite refreshing these days. Can some things be improved, sure but this hotel has a lovely pool, great dinner and breakfast and just a lovely vibe. Check it out, for the most of us, it’s a wonderful experience. "

We are usually met by a lady named Joy who is just the loveliest colleague who makes our stay feel special everytime. Also Caroline, the manager is super sweet too, she does her best to make us feel like VIP's This is our favourite place and we will be back!!"

"The room was clean and cosy, reception staff were great, absolutely no complaints. Wasn't clear how to get in when I rocked up wasted at 4am but a kind security guy spotted me and let me in. No complaints at all. Definitely appreciated being already at the train station when I checked out. Would recommend. "
